Welcome to the Industry Driven: Senior Kids class at Acting Performance Studio — a focused course for young actors serious about mastering self-tape auditions and taking their craft to the next level.
Self-Tape Focus
In this class, students will work exclusively with TV and film scripts, honing their skills through self-tape scenarios. The focus is on bringing characters to life in a mid-shot, crafting a compelling journey within each audition tape. Students will learn how to make standout physical choices and explore their characters’ opinions deeply to ensure their performances fully engage producers and directors.
Polished Scenes to Take Home
By the end of the term, students will have two professionally crafted self-tape scenes, ready to be transferred via AirDrop or USB. These polished pieces are perfect for showcasing their talent to agents and casting directors.
This class is ideal for young actors with representation or those looking to secure it, providing the skills, confidence, and insights needed to thrive in the self-tape world.
