Bronwen Coleman

Bronwen Coleman is an award winning director, writer, actor and teacher based in Melbourne.
Bronwen lived in New York for more than a decade, in which time she became a specialist in Strasberg’s Method and was made a Life Member of the prestigious Actors Studio. She has acted in film, television and theatre internationally, and is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts School of Film and Television (BFTV), and the Actors Studio Drama School (MFA). She is currently undertaking a Master of Teaching at Monash University.
Recent directing projects include Angus Cameron’s “Dirt” for the 2021 Adelaide Fringe, which won both the Critics Award and Frank Ford Award. She is the founding Artistic Director of the Anthropocene Play Company, with whom she is directing Daniel Nellor’s new play “Ignis” in its Bunjil Place development in May 2021.
